Some RN stations and for years suffered from long term problems that affected their data availability. These problems were temporarily fixed and were reappearing after a certain time. The strategy of dealing with these long term issue was to identify the root cause and try to tackle. The poster present various stations where a good diagnostic of the root cause and proper and prompt measures were taken leading to a successful restoration of the data availability. The examples presented are KWP40 in Kuwait City, Kuwait. KIP39 in Kiritimati Kiribati, MXP44 in Guerrero Negro, Mexico, PTP53 in Ponta Delgada, Portugal and TZP64 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
