The present publication is the result of CASCC seminar "China outside China: China in Africa", held in Turin on April, 18th 2007 and in Naples on April, 20th 2007. The seminar programme included contributions by leading scholars and policy professionals from China, UK and Italy, whose papers focused on the trends in China's African relations, and the possible implications for the future.
